New Zealand
For the summer learning journey we have to learn create and share
1. learn: what we are doing
2. Create: A presentation, drawing, Animation about what you learnt
3. Share: it with the world.
And that's just what I did.
My name is Dani, I am a blog commenter who works in the Kaikohekohe cluster for the Summer Learning Journey, along with Georgia E and Georgia who visited Tautoro School in Term 4. I grew up in Okaihau and I have moved down to Auckland to go to university to become a teacher.
Congratulations for posting your first post in the Summer Learning Journey. Your animation is amazing! I haven’t ever seen Google Slides used like this until seeing the posts from you and other students from Tautoro School. I really like how you have recreated a animation to show people how Maui fished up the North Island. Do you think this should be mentioned on the New Zealand Tourism website?
I’m not sure where you got the images that you used in your animation but just a quick friendly reminder. Every time that we use an image on our blog, it's really important that we tell our readers where we found it, and give credit to the owner of the picture. To properly credit a picture you will need to include a link to the site where you found the image. We have created a guide that you might find helpful. You can check it out here:
