 Today we had to think about 4 topics for persuasive writing.

At the start of school Dora was afraid of her new Teacher Mrs. Davis.
She seemed nice but she had so many rules for the class to follow.
It would As the School year continued, Dora begun to understand
how the Teacher came up with the rules.
The rules were there so  students would respectful of themselves
and each other.
By the end of the year, Dora thought Mrs Davis was the best
Teacher she ever had!

Music is an art form that appears in every culture in the world.
For thousands of years it’s been an important part of the human experience.
Music has been used as entertainment as a way to pass on stories,
and as a form of artistic inspiration. Each person may have their own  
preference in the type of music they like but people will like music in some
forms.  
Music has even been used by therapists to help patients with mental and
physical health issues and and achieved good results

The pursuit of independence in the later half of the 19th century in the American colonies developed slowly. As punitive and onerous laws were imposed by the British crown and parliament, resentment grew among the American colonists. In 1774 the colonists established a separate shadow Government  and began training troops near Boston Massachusetts. After military conflicts in 1875 at Lexington and Concord, and at the battle of Bunker Hill, the independence movement  gained momentum. George Washington named Commander of the Continental Army in March, 1776 to draft the historical Declaration of Independence

What is sportsmanship

Good Sportsmanship is respecting your Teammates,opponents,reef and couch.
Good sportsmanship is one of the life lessons that children can learn from sports.
You can help your children understand and value good sportsmanship while
making sure they have a safe and fun sports experience.  

what does being a good sports person mean

Being a good sports person means doing nice thing like shaking  others hand before or after a game and saying good game if you do or do not win. There are lots of ways to show good sportsmanship like playing fair. Follow the rules of the game. It might seem easier to win by doing things a different way (cheating), but everyone has to follow the rules. Good sportsmen want to win because they followed the rules and played the best game they could. Never support any effort to win that attempts to go around the rules. Cheating is not acceptable.

In  conclusion  if you lose, don't make up excuse. If you win, don't rub it in. Whether your team wins or loses, it's important to show respect for the effort of the other team. If the other team wins, accept defeat, acknowledge their abilities, and move on. Always do your best. If someone else makes a mistake don’t  be mean to them Show respect for yourself, your team, and the officials of the game.
